Sao Paulo is a wide line that earns its width, because the bridge at the right needs the room. The cathedral spires in the middle are the only other thing allowed to go high.
What is in the drawing
Towers open the left with their facades scribbled in, and a triangular pennant flies from a mast among them. A tower under a rounded cap follows. A long hall runs low across the first third, scalloped into arches with small peaked roofs above it. Two cathedral spires go up in the middle with a shorter pinnacle between them. Then the bridge: two cables crossing in an X above a straight deck, drawn clear of everything. Towers close the right.
Who buys it
This is a work city rather than a holiday one, so it sells to people who were posted there and to Brazilian families who left from it. The bridge is the modern landmark they all name.
Mug or canvas
