Anaheim spends its left half on things that are not buildings. A wheel and a long curved roof come first, and the office towers wait until the drawing is more than half over.

What is in the drawing

Low scalloped shapes open the far left along the base line, and a plain circle rides above them with a small pointed peak tucked beneath it. A wide hall follows under a single long curved roof, drawn with a second stroke inside the curve and squared openings cut along its foot. Only then does the line rise: a block finished with a notched crown, and beside it the tallest thing here, a tower carrying a slim spire on a stepped shoulder. A plain square block stands past it with nothing on top at all, and a small turret under a conical cap closes the right.

Who buys it

This is a holiday piece bought after the fact, usually for a family that went together, and it goes in a kitchen rather than a hallway. The wheel is the shape people point at. Nobody buys Anaheim for the office towers.

Mug or canvas

The drawing runs 2.076 to 1, slightly tighter than the 2.143 a mug prints, so the two ends stop just short of meeting. Ink coverage is 0.049 and most of it sits in the left half. That imbalance is worth knowing before you choose: on a mug the busy end rotates away from the viewer, while a canvas holds the wheel and the towers in one glance.
