Roanoke spends its first third on one building. A church tower stands there with a pinnacle at each corner, and everything that follows is lower and plainer than it is.
What is in the drawing
A small turret and a low arcade open the far left. The church follows immediately, four corner pinnacles on its tower and one tall arched window drawn right down the face. Twin steeples rise beside it. Past those a block sits with a small box on its roof, and from there the line steps away through plain slabs of even height all the way to the right edge.
Who buys it
Roanoke sells to people who left the valley for work and to people who came back, and the church is what both groups recognise. It moves best at Christmas, and it works better framed than on a shelf.
Mug or canvas
The frame is 2.715 to 1, so ceramic takes it fully round, putting the church and the plain right-hand run on opposite sides. Ink is 0.053 and most of it gathers in that first third, leaving the far half open. The imbalance is the composition, so print it big enough for the empty side to read as deliberate, meaning 24 by 16 upward.
