Sandy Springs puts its two decorated towers next to each other instead of spacing them out, so the middle of the drawing carries the crowns and both ends stay plain.
What is in the drawing
Two plain slabs open the left, each notched deep down its face. The first tower follows under a stepped crown with a thin spike on top. The second stands immediately beside it, capped with a rounded dome banded across the middle. Slabs of even height run to the right, and a small building with a pitched roof closes the line.
Who buys it
This sells to people who work along the perimeter and to families who moved out from the city, and most of them want it as an office piece. It moves in the first half of the year.
