The tower at the middle of Kinshasa wears a collar: the shaft goes up, the line flares out into a wide flat disc partway along it, and then a needle carries on from the centre of the disc.
What is in the drawing
Slabs open the left with long slots cut down them, one taller than the rest. Behind them come blocks of three sizes, one capped round, one roofed as a tent over arches. A tower holds the center, a wide collar flared out around its shaft with a needle rising from the middle of it. A hall follows under a shallow dome, one tall arch cut through its front. Blocks come next at three heights. A pointed pavilion stands past them, and two slabs close the right, one drawn with a leaning face.

The wrap prints to 2.14 and this is 1.874, so the whole depth is used with a margin at either side. Ink of 0.094 sits mostly in the slotted slabs, which need 24 by 16 to stay open.
