What is in the drawing
A small church with a pointed spire opens the far left above a low scalloped front. Blocks step up from there. Then the tower, plain to the top and narrow the whole way, rising far past the roofline on either side of it. Slabs of moderate height run beyond, one notched at the crown, and a slim spire closes the right.
Who buys it
This sells to people at the three universities and to ranching families, and those two audiences want the same drawing for different reasons. It moves at graduation and again at Christmas.
