Where do you ship?
The United States, and only the United States. That is a decision rather than a limit we ran into: sending one of these abroad costs more than the thing itself.
What does shipping cost?
$7.99 flat per order, however much you buy. It is added once at checkout and you see it before you pay, alongside the product total.
How long will it take?
Allow 5 to 15 business days from order to doorstep: 3 to 10 business days before it ships, then another 2 to 5 in transit. If it has to arrive for a birthday or Christmas, order at least four weeks ahead.
What can I get the drawings on?
Ceramic mugs in two sizes, 11oz and 15oz, and ten colors: white, black, and eight accent colors where the handle and inside are colored. Canvas prints come in four sizes from 18 by 12 inches to 36 by 24, stretched over an inch-and-a-quarter frame and ready to hang.
What if it arrives broken?
We print it again and send it to you free, for 30 days after delivery. There is nothing to post back and nothing to pay, including the postage on the replacement. Email us with your order reference and a photo of the problem.
Can I change my mind?
Yes, with a full refund, as long as the order has not gone into production. After that it is printed with the design you chose, so exchanges are not offered.
