Allentown is drawn with a lot of air in it. The buildings are spaced rather than packed, and the one tall thing is placed off center with room on both sides, which is unusual in this range.
What is in the drawing
A bridge opens the far left, carrying three shallow arches low across the ground line with nothing above it. The line steps up through a pitched roof and a stepped block into the tallest thing here, a tower finished with a tiered crown that narrows twice before a needle leaves the top. A flat block follows, then a smaller stepped tower and a pavilion with a peaked roof standing on its own. A gabled hall and a low pitched roof with a chimney run along the base, and the right closes on a notched slab with a wide low block beside it.
Who buys it
Allentown is a hometown piece rather than a destination one. It sells to people who left and to people who stayed, and the bridge does more of that work than the tower does, because it is the shape people recognise from the drive in.
