$7.99 flat, however many you buy.
One postage charge per order across the United States. Order one mug or order six and the delivery line at checkout reads the same.
What it costs
$7.99 per order. Not per mug. It is added once at checkout and you see it before you pay, alongside the product total.
We charge postage rather than folding it into the price because a mug is a low-priced thing and hiding $7.99 inside it would push every product up by around 40 percent. We would rather show you both numbers.
How long it takes
Allow 5 to 15 business days from order to doorstep. Checkout shows you the same window before you pay.
That splits into two parts. Nothing is sitting on a shelf, so your mug is printed after you order it, which takes 3 to 10 business days. Then it travels, which is another 2 to 5.
Business days means we do not count weekends or public holidays. Ordering on a Friday evening is the same as ordering on the Monday.
The 15oz is no slower than the 11oz, and color makes no difference either. Every mug goes through the same printing.
Buying for a date
If the mug has to arrive by a birthday or Christmas, order at least four weeks ahead. The window above is honest rather than optimistic, and most orders beat it, but a mug printed to order cannot be rushed once it is in production.
Ordering closer than that and worried? Email [email protected] before you order and we will tell you straight whether it can land in time.
Where we ship
The United States, and only the United States. That is a decision rather than a limit we ran into. Sending a single ceramic mug abroad costs more than the mug does, and quoting a price like that would make the thing not worth buying.
Checkout will not let you choose another country, which is deliberate: taking payment for an address we cannot deliver to helps nobody. If you are outside the US and want one, write to [email protected] and say where you are. Enough of those and it becomes worth solving.
Tracking
You get a payment receipt by email as soon as you order, then a tracking link once the parcel is on its way. Tracking can take a day to start moving, so a quiet link at first is normal.
If a parcel looks stuck, email [email protected] and we will chase it. An order that never arrives is remade free, as set out in our returns policy.
Several mugs, one address
Buy more than one and they may arrive separately. Each is printed individually, so they finish at different times and we send each as it is ready rather than holding the first until the last catches up. You are still charged postage only once.
How it arrives
Boxed with the mug packed to survive the post. Ceramic does break, so if the box looks damaged, photograph it before you open it. That photo makes a claim straightforward.
