What is in the drawing
A low block opens the left, scalloped along its front. The gothic tower rises next, its top spreading into a crown of points. Plain slabs follow, one stepped at the crown. A low building with a shallow dome and a colonnade sits at the centre. Past it a long arch curves low over a scalloped base, then a tower with a spire and a tall wedge-topped slab close the right.
Who buys it
Two football clubs and two universities buy this, and the buyer is usually clear which one they mean even though the drawing is not. It sells hardest in the autumn term.
Mug or canvas
