What is in the drawing
A long arcaded building opens the left under a row of small gables, its front broken into repeated points. A spired tower rises behind. Past them a tower with a stepped crown, a slab, and a tall tower whose crown chamfers to a point. A square shaft with a tall needle spire stands at the centre and takes the height. The right closes on a turreted building with three crenellated towers over a low arcaded front.
Who buys it
Minneapolis sells hardest to people who left for somewhere warmer and are sentimental about not being there any more. It is a Christmas piece, and the castle at the right is the shape that settles the sale more often than the towers do.
